Foundations of Project Management
This three-program sequence teaches project management essentials. In just nine weeks, participants will master the skills needed to become effective project managers. Using their own actual projects, participants write one-page scope statements, construct work breakdown structures, develop accurate estimates, build strong teams, and assess and quantify risks.
